All Dr. Carter’s patients have direct physician access and should call 828 781 3300 if they have an urgent medical need or care questions after office hours and holidays. For prescription refills please contact the office during normal operating hours.

If you have any questions regarding medical care please contact our office. If you are signed up for the patient portal you can also contact us through there by secure messaging. Also, thru patient portal you can access medications, request refills, request appointments, view lab results, and view visit summaries. If you are not signed up for the Patient Portal and you wish to be please contact our office to be set up.
